кривая опыта
Функция, отражающая снижение общих затрат (такие как производственные, на маркетинг или дистрибуцию) на единицу продукции по мере увеличения накопленного объема производства. Данное понятие является более широким, чем Кривая обучения (Learning Curve).
Основное отличие заключается в следующем:
- кривая обучения относится к какому-либо повторяющемуся действию, выполняемому кем-либо, а кривая опыта относится к бизнесу в целом;
- кривая обучения обычно выражается в единицах времени, затрачиваемом на выполнение повторяющейся задачи, а кривая опыта - в стоимостном выражении на единицу продукции. Понятия времени и затрат являются безусловно зависимыми. Чем больше времени затрачивается на выполнение задачи, тем выше будут затраты на оплату труда в составе стоимости готовой продукции. Кривая опыта применяется при расчете общей стоимости единицы продукции.
